Thank you for shopping with RCDriftKart.com. We are committed to delivering your RC Drift Cars and accessories safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it immediately. Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days include Monday to Saturday and exclude Sundays, National Holidays, and officially declared holidays.

Before dispatch, we may record a packing video of your order for quality assurance and transparency. Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you through your registered email address and/or mobile number so that you can track your shipment easily.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, transportation issues, or courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order. RCDriftKart.com will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Important Notice Regarding Delivery

Immediately after receiving your package, customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video. The video must start before opening the package and continue without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions until the product and all accessories are fully shown.

If there is any issue such as:

  • Physical damage during transit,
  • Missing accessories,
  • Wrong product received, or
  • Manufacturing defects visible at the time of delivery,

the issue must be clearly visible in the unboxing video and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that claims without a proper unboxing video, or videos that are edited, paused, cut, altered, or incomplete, may not be accepted.

RCDriftKart.com reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims related to shipping and delivery. The company’s decision regarding such claims shall be final and binding.
